About BPG Strata

History

Lee Kirkpatrick is the owner/operator of BPG Strata based in Mittagong, NSW. Lee has over 10 years para legal experience coupled with 8 years in Strata Management.  After years of assisting many strata owners with the management of their properties and understanding the wide array of issues that occur, Lee became passionate about finding a way to relieve Strata Owners of some of the problems through a better management option.

In 2008, Lee established BPG Strata with the aim of providing assisted Strata Management to Owners Corporations where expenses and levies could be reduced and control could be regained.  With back end support provided and Strata Management expertise on hand when and where needed, Lee believes many existing Strata properties will benefit greatly from this option.

Vision

To be the preferred Assisted Strata Management option for small Strata blocks within NSW that saving time and money and giving control back to  Owners Corporations.

Mission

Our focus is to protect your Strata, while keeping it simple enough for the Owners Corporation to take control of day to day management, expenses and keep levies at a minimum.

To provide a Simple way ensuring your building complies with all the necessary legislative requirements, is adequately insured and a sufficient buffer is available in your sinking fund to meet future capital expenses – all while keeping levies at a minimum yet giving the Owners Corporation the ability to part manage their Body Corporate.
