We offer services to strata properties that would like to save on their fees and take back control of the operation and management. BPG Strata's role
- Ensure your building complies with all the necessary legislative requirements
- Ensure your building is adequately insured
- Ensure your building and a sufficient buffer is available in your sinking fund to meet future capital expenses.
- Provide your owners corporation with detailed financial statements
Your Role (The Owners Corporation)
- To conduct meetings (optional)

- To approve contractors commencement and finalisation on work undertaken
- To forward contractors bills to BPG Strata for payment

- Record and retain notices under sections 118, 119 and 120 of the Act
- Keep Common Seal & attest to it’s affixation

- Insurance policy renewal
- Prepare & Issue Notices under section 45 of the Act
- Recommend contractors for Building Inspection & Reports
- We can recommend qualified contractors to undertake repairs and maintenance of the common property
